For non-Christian couples who are planning to marry in Hong Kong and are looking for a church which does not require Christian affiliation, here is a choice.  I just learned that this "church" is now owned by the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts (HKAPA) and hence does not belong to any religious organisation (it might be a good place for UU (and Sunday Assembly) services too!):
