Rev Polly Laughland Guild died at home in Massachusetts, 7 Nov 2009, at the age of 85. Minister of Follen Chapel, Lexicon, until retirement, she was active in the International Association for Religious Freedom from 1958. With the creation of ICUU, she became programme director. Polly was the carer who nurtured UUs from Prague to Pakistan to the Philippines. Polly and husband, Ted, endowed a high school in Khasi Hills, India.
