面對着朋友祝願很正常，對着空氣自言自語的祝願感覺很奇怪，好像很傻。

是培養及表達感恩之心。不必有誰聽見。情況有如默觀與冥想。
以冥想 (meditation) 概念理解，便能明白非神論宗教者 (non-theistic religionists) 的祈禱的性質。
