Physicalism---that only the physical brain exists, consciousness and all mental phenomena, including philosophy and religions, are produced by the physical brain. The "
hard problem" is how a physical neuronal network can produce the subjective experience of consciousness. It seems that the Swartz Foundation is trying to solve this.
